I will weigh myself this week, but according to the Wii Fit, I only need to lose another three pounds or so, and I will no longer be overweight!

If you are using a Wii Fit, I believe I found an article that had a calculation saying that the average calories burned was 5 calories a minute.

So, Dave and I attended our first Viennese Waltz class. Jesus, this dance is HARD! The most basic step is really complicated. And, what's kind of humiliating and REALLY tough for me, is that there are only 2 other couples in the class, and they're regulars at the dance school. They know all the teachers and have been dancing for a while. So, they picked it right up. One lady even said she's had 3 months of Viennese Waltz! What the hell is she doing a beginner class?!

So, I've wanted to learn this dance for a really long time, so I will stick with it. It's just very frustrating for me, because in any beginner dance class, I'm always at the top of the class. Always. ;_; *goes off to pout in a corner*

On the upside, it's a great workout.

So, this place has become too quiet. Everyone, please start keeping track of your exercise or posting other health-related entries. If you no longer wish to be active in this community, we won't be offended if you decide to leave. ^_^

So, some of us have begun playing racketball together at Gold's gym. This is fantastic exercise. I know I should add weight-lifting to my routine, but I hate my exercise taking up such a chunk of my evening. I only have so much time when I get home before I have to go to bed and get up and do it all over again. I need some time to relax!

My current goal is to try and play racketball twice a week and keep going to my dance class. Dave and I may be adding another dance class this week, so that would be good. I hope they don't cancel it on us!

I'm feeling really down about eating badly lately. I've been fairly stressed out and quickly losing motivation. Even thinking about the wedding doesn't help for the most part. :-( At work and when I'm eating out, there's some much temptation. I'm pretty good at home. ;_;
