Hello and Welcome! This is a semi-private community of people trying to get fit together. We will post our goals and progress and try to keep each other motivated. ^_^ Members are also encouraged to post or link workout routines, tips, articles, and recipes.
When posting for the first time, please mention what your general and/or weekly fitness goals are. When making an exercise post, please use the following format:
Type of Exercise: Minutes Exercised: Calories Burned: Weekly Total: Weight: (optional)
I suggest using this website to calculate your calories burned. Click on the Activity Calculator. They have just about everything! Make sure to record all the exercise you have done for the day. You can also add details such as how long until you reach your goal or how many pounds you've lost. Then feel free to comment/complain/cry/cheer as much as you like. :-)
Remember, this is an active community. Members are expected to post regularly and participate.
ALSO, THIS IS A NO NEGATIVITY ZONE. COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR STRUGGLES IS FINE, BUT CRITICIZING OTHERS (OR THEIR EXERCISE EFFORTS) IS NOT ALLOWED.
